ZT.HJ251G(252)(low Manganese-oxide welding flux)

 In accordance with GB/T12470-03                              F5012-H10Mn2 DESCRIPTION:     ZT.HJ250G is a fused type low manganese-oxide flux with jadestone granule o f light gray color, about 10-60 mesh in size. It is suitable for use with DCEP and shows good welding usability. This flux is designed for marrow-gap deep groove multipass welding with good slag detachability. APPLICATIONS: In combination with H06Mn2NiMoA,H08Mn2MoA, H10Mn2 wires, this flux is suitable for welding of 15MnV, 14MnMoV, 18 MnMoNb and other low alloy steels. It is also suitable for welding of unclear vessels and pressure vessels in petrol chemical industry, which require high impact toughness at low temperature and low cracking sensitivity of welding joints. GUIDELINES FOR USAGE:1.Dry the flux at 350°C for 2 hours before use and surface cooling to below 100°C beforeuse..2.Completely remove rust, oil and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding.  TYPICAL FLUX COMPOSITION RANGE:(%)
